This website is operated by Luke Warren, trading as Renew Talent Partners. We specialise in Sales and Project Management recruitment for the EPC and renewables sector.

What information we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you submit. We only collect what you choose to share with us.

If you book a call via the Calendly link on this site, your information is submitted directly to Calendly. Please refer to Calendly's own privacy policy for details of how they handle that data.

Wix, the platform this website is built on, also collects certain technical data automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is handled under Wix's privacy policy.

Why we collect it

We use your contact form information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up regarding our recruitment services. We do not use it for any other purpose without asking you first.

The legal basis for processing your data is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and where you have provided explicit information to initiate contact, your consent.

Who we share it with

​

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be held within systems we use to manage communications, such as email. These are used solely for the purpose of responding to you.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a working relationship, we will retain your details for no longer than 12 months. If we work together, we will retain relevant records for as long as is necessary and in line with standard business practice.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we process it, and where applicable, request a copy in a portable format.
